The iPhone SE 2020 is still the cheapest iPhone that Apple currently sells but it’s not a great idea to buy a new one right now. Yes, the phone still has decent specs and performs admirably for the day to day usages as well. But, it has an outdated design and it has the worst battery life amongst all the iPhones currently on sale. Similarly, its next generation is supposedly launching in the coming months and will probably have similar price tags as well. However if you already own one, it’s still fairly capable and you can hold onto one for some more time. The iPhone 8 series are also some of the worst phones to currently buy in 2022. Also, Apple has officially discontinued their productions as well.
